On average it takes clients about 6 to 8 weeks to see desired results.  Individual sessions are available to clients who are seeking one or two clarity sessions. Perhaps needing very specific, short-term guidance relating an issue.  If you’re looking for deeper resolution I recommend one of the series below.

Live, Dream, Smile Individual Series

This program is ideal for clients who are ready for personal transformation. Perhaps you want to kick unhealthy communication habits, overcome anxiety or depression, find (or keep) that special someone in your life, or discover more excitement and purpose in your life. Maybe you’ve landed dead center in the middle of unknown territory (a divorce, new career, parenthood).  This 6-week series will take you from presenting problem to empowered living.  You’ll learn:

Live, Dream, Smile TEEN SERIES

In her book, Odd Girl Out: The Hidden Culture of Aggression in Girls, Rachel Simmons uncovers the source of anxiety facing many teen girls.  Fear of isolation, self-doubt around body image, and the desire to achieve perfection in relationships, school, at home, etc. robs teen girls of their power and potential. The LDS program helps teen girls take back their power by questioning the very definitions of beauty, intelligence, and success.  This 6-week series will help teen girls:

  • Develop coping skills for dealing with anxiety, body dysmorphia, and depression

Relationships expert Alison Armstrong says there are two critical questions that we must be willing to ask in our relationships:  1) Is there something that I need that I’m not getting? 2) Have I given up on getting it? These are very powerful questions that can lead to potentially scary answers, but not addressing them could lead to something worse, indifference.
