Do you accept insurance?

I currently accept Victim’s of Crime and PPO (out of network) insurance. I offer super bills, which you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

How do I know if my insurance company covers and/or will reimburse fees for counseling?

There is typically a phone number on the back of your insurance card for mental health service questions. Please call this number to confirm the terms of your coverage.

Do you provide a sliding scale?

I do offer reduced fee services, which are limited and available under special circumstances

What form of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payments which are due at the time of service.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Is everything kept confidential?

Everything we discuss in the therapeutic setting is confidential with a few exceptions. If you present with an intent and plan to harm yourself or others, or in cases of suspected child or elderly abuse, confidentiality may be broken.
